Fabrice Lebecq is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Brussels office and co-head of the global Supply Chain & Operations Officers Practice. Previously, he was the regional managing partner for the Industrial Practice in Europe and Africa.
Experience
As a trusted advisor to C-suite and board members, Fabrice focuses on senior-level appointments and leadership advisory engagements for corporate and private equity clients across Europe.
Fabrice has over 30 years of international experience in the industrial sector, with a focus on process industries, including chemicals, packaging, building materials, food and feed ingredients, plastics, steel, and other materials-related sectors.
As a functional expert in procurement, supply chain, and operations, he serves a wide range of clients across verticals, from industrials to consumer.
Fabrice joined Heidrick & Struggles from another leading executive search firm, where he led the European chemicals, materials & packaging practice for seven years.
Previously, he spent nearly 20 years in the chemical industry at Dow Corning, Honeywell, and DSM, working in global roles of increasing scope across Europe and the U.S. His direct work experience includes P&L management, R&D, corporate finance, strategy, marketing, business development, and innovation leadership.
He is fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
