Overview
Thaís Mariz is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and a member of the global Industrial Practice. She is also member of the global Diversity & Inclusion Practice where she is involved in mapping a diverse pipeline of talent for clients interested in accelerating their D&I agenda and advancing diverse leadership.
Experience
Since joining Heidrick & Struggles as an associate in 2006, Thaís continues to specialize in the agribusiness, pulp & paper, and chemicals sectors, recruiting CEOs and C-Suite executives in positions including supply chain, HR, finance, and sales. She started her professional career at Carrier, where she worked in marketing for the industrial and commercial refrigeration system segments.
Thaís started her professional career as a marketing trainee for Springer Carrier, and after her experience servicing the company as a vendor, she was invited to rejoin the company. A native Portuguese and English speaker, she is also fluent in Spanish.
