TA Mitchell is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She has more than 15 years of global experience in consulting and 10 years in the line. TA specializes in supporting organizations to gain momentum and pace to achieve their performance and health ambitions. She ensures a strong emphasis on providing clarity of direction and ensuring the alignment of people, processes, and systems.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, TA was a director at Co Company, an organizational development consulting firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2015. TA has a background in large-scale program management, including IT-enabled change. Her experience crosses a number of sectors, including finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and outsourcing. She has a particular focus on organizational development and team health with an emphasis on diagnosis and implementation.

Run several organizational health initiatives to develop and deliver a plan aligned to the performance agenda
Worked with an executive team to build individual and team capabilities needed to shape and lead a major growth agenda
Provided clarity and agreement on the strategic intent to become a major global outsourcer and then with the top team built the organizational and team behaviors to underpin the future strategy
Led international thinking in corporate governance by bringing together investors, business leaders, regulators and academics to debate current issues.
Worked with the FRC providing a response to the European Commission on the UK ‘Comply or Explain Model’ for The London Business School Center for Corporate Governance.
TA has a master’s degree in business administration from London Business School and a bachelor of science degree in finance and international management from Georgetown University. She also has a master’s certificate in organizational development and change management from Georgetown University and a certification in coaching and coaching development.
