Anne Rockey is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Global Consumer Markets Practice. A proven marketer and strategic innovator with rich experience building brands for several of the world’s largest and most respected companies, she has first-hand experience in leading, assembling, developing, and mentoring high-performing individuals and cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Anne was an executive vice president of Leo Burnett, one of the leading global advertising agencies. For over 15 years, she led sizeable global relationships with clients such as Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company and Altria. Previously, at the agency FCB, she led segments of their work for S.C. Johnson and MillerCoors.
Throughout her career, Anne has been recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to be a trusted advisor to C-Suite, CEO and Board-level clients. With her unique set of client experiences, she is particularly knowledgeable about complex digital transformations and non-traditional consumer engagements as well as top-tier, classical brand strategy and marketing.
Anne currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Latin School of Chicago and is a sustaining member of the Guild Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.
Anne received her bachelor’s in economics with Honors from Trinity College, and studied at the London School of Economics.
