Anne Rockey is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Global Consumer Markets Practice. A proven marketer and strategic innovator with rich experience building brands for several of the world’s largest and most respected companies, she has first-hand experience in leading, assembling, developing, and mentoring high-performing individuals and cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Anne was an executive vice president of Leo Burnett, one of the leading global advertising agencies. For over 15 years, she led sizable global relationships with highly-visible consumer brands.
Throughout her career, Anne has been recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to be a trusted advisor to C-Suite, CEO and board-level clients. With her unique set of client experiences, she is particularly knowledgeable about complex digital transformations and non-traditional consumer engagements as well as top-tier, classical brand strategy and marketing.
Anne currently serves on the board of trustees of the Latin School of Chicago, The University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Women's Board and is a sustaining member of the Guild Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.
Anne received her bachelor’s in economics with honors from Trinity College, and studied at the London School of Economics.
