Claudia Acosta is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Bogota office and a member of the Industrial and Consumer Markets practices. She recruits and assesses senior executives in these sectors and others, and collaborates with colleagues around the firm on top-level executive engagements for the world’s leading organizations.
Experience
Claudia has more than 25 years of experience in the recruiting and consulting industry. Recently, as a managing partner at Odgers Berndtson in Colombia, she led the industrial and consumer markets practices for more than two years.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Claudia spent 20 years at Amrop in Colombia, where she ascended from a junior consultant to becoming a partner.
