Meghan specializes in executive search and advisory work for mission-oriented clients at points of critical leadership transitions. Her expertise is in higher education and academia, non-profit organizations, foundations, and healthcare organizations in the aging services sector.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Meghan served in higher education administration at premiere universities, holding leadership roles in career services. At the University of Chicago, she specialized in placing high-achieving students in meaningful career opportunities and preparing them as future leaders.
