Overview
Audry Barbier is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the Leadership Practice. A business psychologist by training, she advises boards, executive teams, and senior leaders on strengthening governance, accelerating leadership performance, and enabling sustainable organizational change.
Experience
Audry’s particular expertise is in leadership assessment and development, succession planning, team effectiveness, and board effectiveness, including board reviews and board development. She partners globally with boards and senior leaders across industries to enhance collective and individual performance.
Audry has led client engagements in comprehensive board effectiveness and CEO succession processes and delivered tailored leadership development programs for senior teams. Drawing on evidence-based methodologies and behavioral science, Audry helps clients translate insights into practical action, strengthening decision-making, alignment, and long-term impact. She is also an AOEC-accredited executive coach, working closely with senior leaders to deepen self-awareness and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Audry worked at a global executive advisory firm, where she gained expertise in top team effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she worked as a business psychologist at a London-based management consulting firm, where she supported the development of psychometric tools and delivered leadership and aptitude assessments. She is fluent in English and French.
