He has a strong track record of driving revenue growth, expanding executive relationships, and aligning talent strategies with business priorities. Drawing on experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and talent management, he brings clients a well-rounded perspective.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Corey spent more than seven years at RGP in client development and talent management leadership roles, supporting finance, supply chain, tax, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), transformation, ERP optimization, and related advisory services.
Previously, he was an executive search consultant at a boutique search firm, partnering with C-suite executives and senior leaders on retained search assignments for professional services and technology clients. Earlier in his career, he had recruiting leadership roles at EY and The Home Depot.
