Dirk Boventer is a director and head of consumer goods and retail solutions with Atreus, a Heidrick & Struggles executive interim management company.  


Dirk focuses on projects and programs in sales and marketing, top-line growth, organizational restructuring, digitalization, international projects, and the interim staffing of executive positions.

Among his areas of specialist expertise are topics of consumer-centric brand management, customer-loyalty programs, integrated retail and omnichannel solutions, transformations of product portfolios and service models, pricing, and digitalization of business models. 

Dirk has more than 20 years of experience in general management, sales, and marketing. Before joining Atreus, he held several top management positions in prominent FMCG enterprises, where he was responsible for transformation projects in companies in Europe and Asia.
