She helps clients align diverse global stakeholders, navigate multicultural, cross-border mandates, and secure exceptional C-suite talent in complex, highly regulated markets.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Natalia was an international consultant with Kingsley Gate, advising clients throughout the United States and Latin America. Earlier in her career, she had executive search roles at leading firms, specializing in regional assignments across Latin America. Natalia is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
