Niels Bentzen is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the global Consumer and Digital Officers practices. He focuses on advising clients in the consumer, luxury retail, hospitality, and media sectors and within digital transformation across a broad range of sectors.

Experience

Niels partners with clients globally, assisting them in building their future leadership teams through agile digital transformation. His area of advisory and search expertise includes omni-channel retail, artificial intelligence, customer journey management, and scaling digital business models.

Niels actively participates in board assessments, leadership assessments, and talent management. He works with organizations across all industries, including large corporations and private equity-backed companies.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Niels was a partner at Amrop for almost 20 years, including ten years as the head of Amrop’s global technology and media practice.
