Overview
Peter Behncke is a partner in the Heidrick & Struggles’ Frankfurt office and a member of the firm’s global Industrial and Financial Officers practices. He has more than 20 years of executive search experience specializing in international senior level executive search in the industry marketplace including chemical, manufacturing, industrial services, and construction. His functional specialization in the Financial Officers Practice includes chief financial officer, controllership, tax, and treasury.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Peter was with another global executive search firm, where he served as a senior client partner in the industry and CFO practices.
Before entering the executive search profession, Peter was a board member of a stock-quoted venture capital firm in Berlin. Peter started his professional career at Price Waterhouse (now PwC) in the corporate finance department, focusing on mergers & acquisition, and restructuring.
Peter is fluent in German and English.
