Leslie Cruz is Heidrick & Struggles’ global managing partner of client experience based in Washington, D.C. She oversees client impact, go-to-market, and operational excellence.

Experience

Leslie leverages data-driven insights, market intelligence, and advanced technologies to strengthen client relationships and deliver measurable results. Her focus on scaling core capabilities drives client-centric results across the organization.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Leslie led strategy and operations during a period of rapid growth as the COO of DCM Insights, a research-backed business development training firm for professional services. Before that, Leslie was the COO and chief transformation officer at ExecOnline and CEO of STEMconnector. Previously, Leslie held executive and leadership positions at CEB (now Gartner), managing global business lines and regional operations.
