Nicholas A. DeMagistris is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and managing partner of the Americas for the global Technology & Services Practice. He also leads the Digital Infrastructure sector globally. Nick recruits board, officer, and vice president-level candidates for organizations in multiple technology areas, including data center, AI infrastructure, and connectivity.
Experience
Nicholas previously served as the partner-in-charge of the Boston office for four years.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nicholas spent four years at The Bowdoin Group, a boutique executive search firm near Boston, MA. As a senior consultant, he focused on business development, account management, and search execution within the software and technology space. He was also involved in internal firm-building initiatives.
