Steven primarily focuses on C-level, board, and senior investment professional search assignments for private and public entities in the energy infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, he worked in traditional energy businesses in analysis and advisory capacities. He led external consulting engagements for refining and midstream businesses to enhance corporate processes, systems, and organizational structures. He also led internal audits of upstream oil and gas operations, including offshore development and construction, marine fleet and terminal logistics, and onshore production and drilling. Earlier in his career, Steven led the development of proprietary software systems for an automotive components manufacturer.
