Kay Fuhrman is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office and a member of the Industrial and Technology practices. She leads senior-level search assignments in power, utilities, infrastructure, water, trading and risk management, energy services, cleantech, and renewable energy.
Experience
Kay partners with clients on CEO and senior executive search, board search, leadership assessment, and executive succession.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kay spent over 20 years building and leading energy-focused businesses that provided energy commodity, energy management, energy efficiency, and infrastructure services. Kay’s clients included regulated utilities, independent power providers, retail energy companies, public power entities, and large industrial, commercial, and institutional operations across North America.
