Kay Fuhrman is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office and a member of the Industrial and Technology practices. She leads the firm’s power and utilities sector, conducting senior-level search assignments across power, utilities, digital and physical infrastructure, water, trading and risk management, energy services, cleantech, and renewable energy.

Kay partners with clients on CEO and senior executive search, board search, leadership assessment, and succession planning engagements.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she spent over 20 years building and leading energy-focused businesses spanning energy commodities, energy services, and energy infrastructure. Her clients included regulated utilities, independent power producers, retail energy companies, public power entities, and large industrial, commercial, and institutional organizations across North America.
