Mike Foley is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services and CEO & Board of Directors practices. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search and technology sales, Mike specializes in CEO and direct-report searches, including COO, president, and global sales, marketing, and customer operations roles.
Experience
Mike’s expertise includes enterprise software, SaaS and cloud-based applications, infrastructure software, and artificial intelligence. Previously, Mike led the global Technology & Services Practice in the Americas.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mike managed the technology practice at The Bowdoin Group, a boutique executive search firm in Wellesley, MA. His practice focused on recruiting sales, marketing, and technical professionals within the sector for a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 solution and service providers to start-up and venture-backed companies.
Before joining The Bowdoin Group, Mike sold software applications for email management solution provider IntelliReach and spent four years as an account director for recruiting solutions at Monster.com. He began his career as a sales consultant and management trainee with Cintas Corporation.
