Sarah Flavell is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice.
Experience
Sarah specializes in senior leadership assessment and leadership capability development. She works with leaders and teams to help them better understand themselves and leverage their strengths in selection, succession planning, development, or potential identification. She also supports organizations in understanding and harnessing talent to drive strategic outcomes.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sarah was part of a startup consulting and leadership practice within an established executive search firm, where she developed the firm’s senior leadership assessment proposition.
Previously, she led the executive profiling service line at an executive search firm, advising clients on best practices for using psychometrics and other behavioral assessment methods in executive director and chief executive selection processes.
