Adrianna Huehnergarth is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Financial Services and Technology practices and the FinTech sector. She leads the Crypto & Digital Assets sector in North America.
Experience
Adrianna’s clients include publicly traded, private equity-backed, and venture-funded fintech, financial services, and technology companies with a significant focus on COO, CEO, president, chief revenue officer, and chief technology officer assignments, as well as senior-level roles in engineering, strategy, product, security, customer success, and sales.
Her financial services clients include global investment banks, asset managers, and private equity firms seeking to digitalize their strategies with a focus on innovation and next-generation technology. She has extensive experience building out the C-suite and boards for crypto native companies, including exchanges, custody platforms, bitcoin mining, protocols, gaming companies, and VCs. Her clients in this space include Coinbase, Bitstamp, a16z Crypto, Algorand, Kraken, and NYDIG.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Adrianna worked for another major search firm within the North American technology officers practice. She began her career as part of the legal recruitment team at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
As a member of iMentor, Adrianna serves as a mentor to NYC public school students and is their champion on their college journey.
