She focuses on recruiting customer-facing and go-to-market executives within the software sector. Her placements include COOs and CEOs, heads of sales and post sales, which includes customer success, support and services.
Experience
Alexis works with clients in various stages of growth, including venture capital and private equity-backed companies, as well as companies in the Fortune 500.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alexis spent more than five years with boutique retained executive search firms that catered to private equity funds and private equity-backed portfolio companies. While at these boutiques, Alexis mainly focused on recruiting C-level executives to technology and tech-enabled business services companies, and was responsible for marketing, business development, and strategic alliances.
