Amy Heintz is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Houston office and works with clients across the Greater Austin area as a member of the global Technology & Services Practice.
Experience
Amy specializes in commercial and go-to-market leadership across enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and cloud platforms. She works with Fortune 500, private equity-backed, and high-growth clients to build leadership teams and design proactive succession strategies.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Amy spent nearly a decade at Google, leading executive search for Google Cloud and conducting high-profile global appointments with a focus on customer-facing, go-to-market executives during a period of rapid expansion. She also spent several years as talent partner to the Google Cloud CEO and the president of its commercial organization. Amy established the company’s executive succession planning framework in partnership with HR, developing hundreds of succession plans during her tenure.
Earlier in her career, Amy worked at two other global executive search firms and advised corporate and private equity-backed clients on organizational change with Alvarez & Marsal.
