Experience
Previously, Charlie led the education practice of Odgers Berntson, Colombia. Before that, he spent 23 years in top management roles at Socio, a human resources and management consulting firm in the Bogota Capital District.
Charlie has been a member of several commerce chambers including the American Colombian (AMCHAM), Britain Colombian, and German Colombian. He is a former board member of Compass, Interbrand, Drake Beam Morin, Porter Novelli and Teletraining, and others.
