He specializes in executive search and leadership advisory for Nordic and international organizations undergoing strategic transformation, focusing on CEO, C-suite, and board assignments across industrial, financial services, and professional services sectors.
Experience
With more than two decades of experience, Marc has guided organizations through growth, transformation, and strategic renewal, bringing executive leadership experience and deep commercial insight to his clients. In addition to executive search, he advises leadership teams and boards on strategy development and organizational transformation.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Marc was CEO of Hanken & SSE Executive Education, leading significant commercial growth and strategic renewal. Earlier, he had senior leadership positions within a publicly listed Finnish financial services group, driving digital transformation, launching new business ventures, and leading strategic development at the board and executive team levels. He began his career at a Helsinki-based strategy consultancy, advising international corporations on commercial development and organizational transformation.
