Eduardo Inestrillas is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Mexico City office and a member of the Industrial Practice. With more than 14 years of executive search experience, he specializes in C-suite-level positions across logistics, manufacturing, chemicals, construction, and other industrial sectors.
Experience
Eduardo has extensive experience in CEO and C-Level search assignments for clients based in Mexico. He has extensive experience across diverse industrial sectors and functional roles and has worked for both publicly traded and family-owned companies.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Eduardo led Amrop’s Mexico office, where he focused on searches for industrial, retail, consumer, and technology clients. Before that, he worked at Caldwell Partners and spent 6 years as a client partner at another global executive search firm in Mexico, working with multinational, regional, and local family-owned companies to build and reinforce their leadership teams.
Eduardo gained experience across a variety of sectors and management responsibilities prior to his work in executive search, including general director of Vanity Fairs’ intimates business JV in Mexico and various leadership roles at Monsanto, Merisant Mexico, and The NutraSweet Company.
