Ajo advises clients on senior leadership roles across the India market. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in executive search, managing search assignments across various clients in automotive, general manufacturing, industrial technology, chemicals, building products, capital goods, real estate, and transportation. He has placed senior executives into diverse roles, including general management, financial officers, human resources, research and development, supply chain, sales, and marketing positions. Ajo has worked with two other international search firms before joining Heidrick & Struggles, working with clients in the manufacturing sector. He is passionate about new-age topics in manufacturing and enjoys talking to leaders about how technology is driving change in industrial organizations.
