Emilie Johnson

Overview

Emilie Johnson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Calgary office and a member of the Industrial Practice. She has more than 15 years of executive search experience in the energy, chemicals, and diversified services sectors, in both Canada and the United States.

Experience

Emilie works with clients in the oil and gas, power, chemicals, clean technology, engineering and construction, and industrial services sectors. She currently leads Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Diversified Services practice, spanning engineering and construction, industrial services, and transportation and logistics.

In addition to board and chief executive officer searches, Emilie focuses on assignments across engineering, construction, and operations leadership.

Emilie joined Heidrick & Struggles from a national search firm where she was a principal in the oil and gas practice. She is active in the Calgary community, most recently serving on the board of Distress Centre Calgary where she chaired the governance and nominating, and human resources and compensation committees.
