Tim Jensen is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office where he leads the Mining Practice for the Americas. He helps clients appoint board, CEO, president and other senior executives, leveraging his broad industry perspective and deep relationships throughout the global talent pool.

Experience

Tim joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2010 as a member of the Industrial Practice in Melbourne, Australia, working with a broad client base including some of the world’s largest public and private industrial companies and mid-sized and startup enterprises.

A mechanical engineer by training, Tim has a deep understanding of the mining and metals sector and is a passionate supporter of the industry. Over the last ten years, he has helped clients with numerous senior level appointments, regularly working with multi-regional and global teams. Working with colleagues and clients around the world, Tim has placed leaders in North and South America, Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He has extensive assessment experience and is certified to deliver and interpret Hogan’s suite of assessment tools.
