Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sarah was the Director of Talent at Yacoub Elite, a boutique executive search firm. She previously spent six years in hospitality, working for ACCOR in both operations and sales roles at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto and The Savoy in London.
