Sibongile Kuhlane is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Johannesburg office and is a member of the global Industrial, Mining & Metals, and Human Resources Officers practices. With more than thirteen years’ experience in executive search, she focuses on the industrial sector where she conducts engagements for general management, non-executive directors, and c-suite leadership roles in sub-Saharan Africa. Her clients include state-owned entities, listed companies as well as multinationals. She has completed several board effectiveness reviews for listed entities across different sectors.

Before re-joining Heidrick and Struggles in August 2015, Sibongile owned a niche executive search consultancy focusing on the industrial sector, where she was responsible for the overall search business including building and maintaining client relationships.
