Experience
Andreas has over 15 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business development, general management, and leadership. He has local and international experience across multiple verticals, including manufacturing, professional services, FMCG, and private equity sectors.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Andreas was the managing director at August Associates, a leading boutique management consultancy in Finland. Under his leadership, the firm grew and solidified its position as a serious contender to global management consultancies among clients and top talent.
Prior to that, Andreas led strategy and business development at Arla Foods UK, overseeing strategic projects, the M&A agenda, and the annual business planning process.
Andreas began his career as a management consultant with Booz & Company, advising Nordic clients on strategy and M&A across industrials, consumer goods, and private equity sectors.
