Julie Lattes is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the Culture Shaping Practice. She advises C-level clients on culture, top team effectiveness, governance, and leadership assessment and development. Julie is a certified coach with 25 years of experience in supporting major corporate transformations. She integrates strong business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and strategic communication expertise into her client work.
Experience
Julie has experience at the intersection of leadership advisory, executive coaching, and strategic communication, helping leaders align, decide, and mobilize their organizations with clarity, consistency, and impact.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was general manager of Uside, a French leadership advisory boutique, and managing director at BCG BrightHouse, focusing on culture, purpose/vision work, and strategic communication for Executives.
Earlier in her career, she held senior communications roles, including serving as chief communications officer at VINCI Construction, and as an advisor and speechwriter to C-level leaders, including the vice president of VINCI and a member of L’Oréal Group’s Executive Committee.
Julie began her career in change and restructuring consulting (Oneida, BearingPoint) before joining the Danone Group as chief of staff to the general secretary.
Julie wrote different studies on employee engagement, purpose, and business performance assessment. She is fluent in French & English.
