Overview
Lindsay Leach is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. She has more than 25 years of experience recruiting marketing, customer success, and customer operations executives for software, consumer tech, and technology services companies.
Experience
Lindsay works with clients at various stages of growth, including growth equity and private equity-backed, as well as public companies.
Prior to re-joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lindsay spent more than seven years driving the human capital strategy for Polaris Partners, a leading investment firm with more than $4B under management. She worked with the firm’s portfolio companies, advising them on human capital issues, including executive leadership, recruiting, compensation, corporate governance, and team-building. In this role, she recruited and placed more than 200 executives and board members within Polaris’s growth equity and technology portfolio companies.
Earlier in her career, Lindsay spent time at two of the leading retained executive search firms. As a member of the technology, communications & media practice at another global executive search firm, Lindsay specialized in recruiting technology executives and coordinated talent leadership within the firm’s industry-leading software practice.
