Overview
Lauren Morant is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Stamford office and a member of the Industrial Practice. She advises private equity firms and industrial companies on CEO, C-suite, and board leadership, with experience across manufacturing, distribution, industrial technology, chemicals, and energy.
Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lauren led the industrials practice at Notch Partners, where she facilitated pre-deal and post-investment executive partnerships for private equity firms. She helped investors access CEO-caliber operators to sharpen diligence, shape investment theses, and accelerate value creation across the industrial sector.
In this role, Lauren became a trusted advisor to leading private equity firms, providing differentiated insights and access to leadership throughout the investment cycle. She executed CEO and C-suite searches, supported board buildouts, and partnered with senior operators to develop proprietary investment themes across industrial technology, manufacturing, distribution, and energy.
Earlier in her career, Lauren worked at K2 Advisors. At this Franklin Templeton company, she helped manage hedge fund portfolios for institutional clients and built a strong analytical foundation in risk assessment, performance evaluation, and client advisory.
