Overview
Stephanie Mansfield is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Miami office and a member of the global Technology and Financial Officers practices. She focuses on audit chairs, CFOs, and other senior financial experts, including CAOs, heads of investor relations, and heads of financial planning and analysis.
Experience
Stephanie works with public, private equity-backed, and growth equity-backed companies across the spectrum of profitable growth, global, enterprise technology companies in the software, SaaS, tech-enabled services, and financial technology sectors. She works closely with CEOs, founders, board directors, and financial sponsors to find senior finance talent for companies experiencing periods of high growth, M&A, transformation, or an IPO.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Stephanie worked for two boutique executive search firms in Europe and Asia, where she led C-level and senior management assignments for a variety of clients, including global private equity and hedge fund clients.
Stephanie started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a scholar in the audit and assurance division in London.
