Experience
Martin specializes in executive search assignments for clients in the software and services space. He works with a wide range of B2B software companies, from global players to fast-growing businesses, and advises across multiple IT services areas, including application services, data and intelligence, customer experience, cybersecurity, data center services, and cloud and infrastructure. He works closely with publicly listed companies, high growth venture backed businesses, and private equity portfolio firms, with a primary focus on GTM roles.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Martin was a principal in another global executive search firm and a partner at a boutique advisory firm, where he covered the professional services and technology markets in Germany.
