Rob Polesello is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and a member of the Industrial practice. He focuses primarily on search assignments across the chemicals, materials, metals, and packaging sectors.
Experience
Rob recruits leaders across operations, commercial, and corporate finance functions for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, Fortune 500 organizations, and high-growth enterprises. He brings a consultative, insight-driven approach to his work, partnering with clients during periods of transformation, including growth, performance improvement, organizational change, and leadership transition.
Before rejoining Heidrick & Struggles in 2023, Rob was a principal at another executive search firm, where he helped grow the financial officers practice. He first joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2018, executing C-suite and board-level searches across industrials and consumer markets.
Earlier in his career, Rob worked in corporate and retail banking at Scotiabank and TD. He represented Canada’s Men’s hockey teams at the World Under-17 and Under-19 Hockey Challenges.
