Tobias Petri is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Copenhagen office and works with clients in both the Denmark and Sweden locations. A member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial, and CEO & Board of Directors practices, he is an experienced advisor in the C-suite and board space, specializing in CEO and senior executive roles, board recruitment, assessment, executive coaching, and other leadership advisory services.

Experience

Prior to rejoining Heidrick & Struggles in 2020—he was a partner with Heidrick & Struggles from 1999 to 2011—Tobias was a partner with another search and leadership advisory firm. Previous roles with Heidrick & Struggles include partner-in-charge of the Copenhagen office for 3 years and managing partner of the European Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice for 8 years.

Tobias is recognized for senior level leadership advisory services. He is particularly knowledgeable about CEO succession and board recruitment and evaluation. He is a Meyler Campbell certified executive coach.
