She focuses on placing leaders across a wide range of mission-driven organizations. Abby is a member of Pride@Heidrick, the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Abby was a vice president and senior associate at another top ten executive search firm in the education and nonprofit practice, where she conducted senior level engagements for nonprofit organizations and higher education professionals.
