Aliceson brings deep, global expertise and relationships, and particular knowledge of growth and private equity executives to her client work, focusing on building, assessing, and developing exceptional, transformational executive and non-executive teams. As these industries are evolving at pace, Aliceson works closely with her clients to identify future needs and emerging talent.

Aliceson has more than two decades of consulting and advisory service experience from her time at another executive search firm and her early career at McKinsey & Co. Aliceson is a dual American and British citizen and has lived and worked in North America, Europe, and Africa.

Philanthropy and Service

Aliceson is a trustee of the Women’s Prize Trust, which awards the annual Women’s Prize for Fiction, and a trustee of the Royal Academy of Dance where she chairs the Global Marketing & Membership Committee. She is also on the Development Council for the Almeida Theatre.
