Experience
Dominique has more than 15 years of experience working across regulated critical infrastructure. She has provided executive search consulting services to a broad range of clients in the commercial and general aviation, transport, and logistics sectors, on board, and executive appointments across technical and commercial sectors. Dominique has supported and led more than 100 senior-level searches for aviation and transport organizations including passenger and cargo airlines, airports, airport service providers, and port and rail operators.
Dominique also has extensive functional experience delivering financial officer and communications roles for clients in the industrial, consumer, and financial services industries.
Working around the world, she has partnered with a range of clients from large organizations in turnaround and high-growth situations to entrepreneurial and private equity portfolio companies to build their senior leadership teams.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dominique spent more than ten years in the commercial art trade focused on the development of corporate business collections.
