Julian leads consulting engagement staffing across finance, procurement, and HR, as well as filling clients’ interim top-management, specialist, and senior leadership roles. He combines technology, growth, and investor priorities to deliver tailored solutions for complex consulting engagements and executive interim mandates. His work spans change management, transformation, scaling, M&A, digitalization, restructuring, compensation and benefits, and outsourcing.
Before joining Atreus, a Heidrick & Struggles interim management company, Julian spent more than five years at an international staffing firm, building the finance, procurement, and HR contracting division in East Germany.
