Experience
Teresa has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Teresa advises global and domestic financial institutions on board and C-suite appointments, particularly chief executive officers, chief commercial and customer officers, and chief people officers. She works with direct-to-consumer clients, including retail banks, wealth managers, and general insurers, as well as those operating in a B2B2C model, such as specialist lenders and the broader insurance sector.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Teresa worked in a global search firm based in London, leading capital markets leadership appointments. A native of Spain, Teresa relocated from Madrid to London in 2011.
