Overview
David Seijas is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Leadership Development Practice. He has extensive experience working with clients on large-scale organizational and cultural transformation engagements, designing and facilitating unique, forward-thinking, and human-centered leadership development programs.
Experience
With over a decade of experience in management and leadership consulting, David partners closely with clients as they navigate transformation. He has worked with organizations in a range of sectors and geographies, with a particular focus on life sciences and consumer markets. He is driven to design immersive learning experiences and development journeys that create space for leaders at all levels to reflect on their impact and show up at their best during times of change.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, David built his management consulting expertise at a leadership advisory boutique firm, advising senior executives on critical leadership and organizational priorities. Earlier in his career, he contributed to Princeton University’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting the expansion of its flagship incubator for student-led ventures.
David is a co-author of The connecting leader: Learning mindset and The connecting leader: Envision the future; deliver today.
