With over 20 years in executive search, Irene helps organizations transform their HR function by placing business-minded, innovative, and pragmatic HR leaders to drive company performance and employee engagement.

Irene has developed a strong global network of human resources leaders, placing CHROs and helping them build their teams, predominantly in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Her passion for cultivating the next generation of chief human resources officers is reflected in the significant time she spends assessing their readiness and preparing them for the top job. She is a firm’s go-to expert for total rewards leaders’ executive searches across sectors.
With over two decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, Irene has closely followed the evolution of the people function and the innovative people strategies that have emerged in Silicon Valley. Originally from France, Irene often partners with her European colleagues to help grow international organizations in the U.S.
Irene started her executive search career with a retained global search firm and later joined a boutique firm specializing in executive diversity placements. She started her career in the media as the documentary acquisition manager of Canal + Group, one of France’s leading media groups, now owned by Vivendi.
