Experience
Jason focuses on leadership assessment and executive recruitment for clients across the enterprise software, technology services, and consulting and advisory sectors, placing leaders at the CEO, COO, president, and partner levels in general management, go-to-market, product, and technology roles. Specific areas of experience include working with private equity-backed growth companies, late-stage private, and public companies in the healthcare technology, government technology and services, and cybersecurity sectors.
Additionally, Jason supports Heidrick & Struggles’ CEO in driving the firm’s digital transformation, developing business unit strategy, improving operational efficiency, and integrating the firm’s suite of premium talent solutions and services.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jason was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on strategy and organization assignments in the healthcare services sector.
