Jennifer Streitwieser

Overview

Jennifer Streitwieser is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles Philadelphia office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She helps leaders identify key drivers of cultural alignment to accelerate sales, productivity, and growth. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, culture transformation, employee experience, people analytics, change management, and operational improvement.

Experience

Jennifer’s management consulting experience spans a broad range of industries, including financial services, industrials, life sciences, health care, technology, utilities, consumer products, and non-profit organizations.

Previously, Jennifer was a senior partner with a global organizational consulting firm, where she was responsible for designing programs for the firm’s largest clients and led global solution development for digital organizational strategy solutions.

Before that, Jennifer held multiple human resources and operations executive roles for Day & Zimmermann, a diversified services firm. She also worked for two national consulting firms helping clients maximize the impact of their digital investments to drive business performance.

Jennifer began her career in financial services, working in multiple roles for a leading investment management firm.

Philanthropy and Service

Jennifer has served in leadership roles on multiple boards over the course of her career, including co-founding the Wharton Club of Philadelphia’s Women’s network. Jennifer currently serves as a board member of the Anti-Defamation League of Philadelphia and sits on the human resources committee of the Maternity Care Coalition.
