Overview
Katrina Seykora is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of the global Industrial, CEO & Board of Directors, and Private Equity practices. She works with private equity-backed and publicly-traded clients on board and C-level opportunities across a variety of sectors, including diversified manufacturing, process industries, B2B services, logistics, aerospace and defense, and industrial technology.
Experience
Katrina advises private equity sponsors as well as public company boards and management teams on executive and board-level leadership needs tied to growth, transformation, and succession. Her work spans new platform builds, leadership transitions, and succession planning for companies at various stages of ownership and scale.
She partners closely with investors and directors to execute board, CEO, president, and general manager searches aligned with business strategy and operating priorities. Katrina advises on leadership assessment and governance, helping clients strengthen executive capability and board composition in complex and evolving environments.
Katrina works in close partnership with colleagues across the consumer, technology, and life sciences practices, as well as Heidrick Consulting. She collaborates on engagements focused on board effectiveness and governance and brings an integrated perspective to leadership and organizational challenges.
