Overview
Seth Steinberg is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Miami office and co-global managing partner of the Supply Chain & Operations Officers Practice. He specializes in complex supply chain, procurement, and operations leadership roles for large multinational organizations, as well as for startups and private equity-backed businesses across a range of industries, often in transformation, scale, or succession contexts.
Experience
Seth has wide cross-sector experience spanning industrials, technology, consumer, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Seth spent 11 years with another large organization and people advisory firm, most recently as a partner in its supply chain center of expertise, helping clients identify the right supply chain, procurement, and operations talent, as well as their direct reports. He also worked closely with the firm’s advisory team on leadership consulting projects and thought leadership.
Before that, Seth was a member of the industrial practice at a mid-sized executive search firm, where he earned top associate/director honors three consecutive years. He began his career in search at a boutique firm whose founder was named in Career Makers: America’s Top 100 Executive Recruiters, by John Sibbald.

Philanthropy and Service
Seth currently serves as a board advisor to SkyFire AI, a Drone First Responder (DFR) company. He is an active member of the South Florida Community Emergency Response Team and works closely with his local firefighter community.
