Jens Vogt is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Bremen office and leads the leadership advisory business in the D|A|CH region. He has 25+ years of experience in the people and culture space, specializing in leadership assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness, culture shaping, and executive coaching for senior executives and teams across industries.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jens was managing partner at a leading boutique professional services firm in Germany for more than 15 years, specializing in systemic leadership development and cultural transformation.
Previously, he was head of development at a specialized management consulting firm for four years.
Jens began his career as a cruise director on international cruise liners, traveling around the globe.
He works with executives from leading global organizations across industries as a seasoned advisor and inspirational speaker in the field of 21st-century leadership. He is a co-author of Lead Now!: Effective Leadership in the 21st Century.
Jens is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an ICF Master Certified Coach.
