Kristin van der Sande is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Frankfurt office and a member of the global Technology, Software, and Consumer Tech practices.

Experience

Kristin advises high-growth software disruptors, consumer tech innovators, and the software enterprise ecosystem on senior-level appointments. She supports corporates by maximizing their digital transformations through executive search.

Kristin has experience fulfilling leadership roles in fast-growing digitally oriented companies and works with private equity and venture capital portfolios, helping them build new leadership teams for their next growth or exit stages.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kristin led the German tech practice of another executive search firm. She began her career as an editor for a German TV talk show. She is fluent in German and English with a good knowledge of Dutch.
